Lookin better than death?

In honor of all things the weekend I decided to get real and show you all that sometimes I can look better than death. I'm not shootin for the stars and all- just aiming to look alive.

Look A: Get up an breath look (no makeup)

Look B: Spend all day thinking about getting ready and then pull it off (full makeup)

If you see my out on the street 99% of the time you will see look A. Yup- that's as good as it gets around here.

If you see my looking like look B, then just know that it is after 4:00 because it took me all day to pull this off. That's as good as it can possibly get sans professional help. It's how I some how reeled my husband in, but all that looks much better 50lbs less. Oh the magic I worked on him while we were dating.

This weekend we are celebrating my husbands 40th birthday! Should be all kinds of fun, but I have failed him in the party planning/gift area this year. Maybe 41 is really the year? I have till June 7th to think of something really good- fingers crossed I find a way to redeem myself.
