Oh just the weekend . . .

This weekend was crazy packed and to be honest I think I'm still hung over from Saturday night. My husband turns 40 on June 7th, but we decided to have his party on Saturday. Now usually I am on top of birthday parties and stress over every.single.detail. This party? Not so much. I actually was a shitty wife when it came to this party. I was the wife who only started buying things for this party like 5 minutes before it happened.

We started talking about plans for this party a year ago. My vision was VERY different from Kelly's vision and at the end of the day Kelly's vision won. And you know what? Saturday was the best party- we had the best time!

To help me celebrate this party right I needed a cake, and after finding out my usual cake lady was unable to do Kelly's cake I was on a mission to find someone that could give him an OSU theme. In came Jenndi and as you can see she rocked the shit out of this cake making thing! I got 3 flavors, but I would have to say my favorite would was the peanut butter- yes you got that right, there is a for real cake flavor that is peanut butter and it kicked ass in my mouth- loved it! Seriously Jenndi is awesome and her cakes are amazing! If you live in the central Ohio area  I would HIGHLY recommend you check her sweet cakes out (Bon Bon by Jenndi).

The weekend is a lot to write about, and since my mind is kind of fogged right now I thought I would do you better justice by sharing pictures . . .

-Friday Starbucks surprise
-Tried new Asian restaurant
-1st time ever having polish on my nails that wasn't clear
-Kelly's 40th birthday party
-Drank WAAAAAYYYY too much
-Mimosas Sunday morning to help me recover
-French toast at a new breakfast joint
-Repeat of my new favorite Asian dish
-Grater's Ice cream- one scoop too many
