Yesterday was good. So good. So simple. Who knew that things that used to be hard would really actually one day get easier? Strawberry picking is now enjoyable. Other years it was work. Yesterday was effortless. G actually knew what to do and didn't pick all the yucky strawberries and cry when we couldn't take hers home.
O actually had fun. She didn't complain. For real a miracle happened yesterday on that strawberry field. The girl had fun and no one argued.

I mean it only took me 30 minutes to wash and cut them which was a bitch, but man they are so good!
I really love eating strawberries in my Frosted Flakes. Only problem was we didn't own any. I went to CVS to buy some because going to the grocery store seemed like too much of an effort. Frosted Flakes literally cost me $6 to buy. One box for $6. Who knew? I mean I don't buy them often and usually when I do there are a ton of other groceries and I am terrible at looking at the price of things. Holly hell- but after two bowls down it was beyond worth it.

Happy 40th birthday to my one and only hubby Kelly! I kind of need you to stop aging because I can't imagine living a day in my life without you. When people would ask me if I was sure about you because of our age difference I would always be so sure and say "absolutely!" Now I get why they questioned it- not because I'm trying to call you old right now or anything babe, I get it because if we didn't have 14 years between us we could be us for so much longer. You make me a better me and I love you so damn much!
