I feel exactly the same way as you do. Messes give me anxiety and then I feel guilty because I feel like my kids suffer. I don't like buying "nice" clothes because I know in 2.5 seconds they will be ruined due to wiping their hands on their clothes and not using a napkin. Reading your post really helped me see that I am not alone; however, I too want to make a change. I have vowed to spend more time outside and at the beach with my girls. Yeah...sand may follow me home but that's what vaccuum is for!

Just remember, there's nothing soap can't handle on the body and oxi clean on the clothes. So go ahead and let the girls get messy. They'll never forget this: "remeber the time when Lindsay let us get messy....?" Come hang out with us this summer. I'll let them get messy too!

i had a belly band. cant remember where i found it, probably in a store that no longer sells maternity like walmart or meijer. it made a world of difference! who cares if a walk ends in ice cream. get those walks in as much as possible. getting a little exercise everyday will make a world of difference when labor/delivery time comes. miss you! been crazy. will call soon!
