I used to be the Nanny for the G Family and their
two young girls O&G. All was going well on my end, but after working for the
G Family for some time I found out that Mrs. G and Mr. G were getting a divorce,
so they were going to have to let me go. I was sad because I had a strong bond
with O&G, but life goes on right?
Shortly after working for the G Family, Mr. G
spontaneously asked me out to dinner one night. I assumed we were meeting to
talk about what had been going on with O&G, but I was wrong, and when I arrived I
realized it was a date and the rest is history.
We started dating, fell in love, moved in together,
and got married September 4th, 2010.

I am now a stay-at-home-step-mom to two beautiful
girls! Olivia is 8 and Gracie is 6. We have been brought together by unique circumstances, but I wouldn't change any
of it for the world.

Well that is just TOO cool. New follower! =)
ReplyDeleteThat is a precious love story, I babysit for a family regularly and I know during their divorce their kids clung to me like glue... It's probably very comforting to the girls that you are now their step mother. I love reading already!
